I served the papers, filed the lein in colorado and still havent been paid and i am 5 months into it.

After i have filed the lein and served the papers and the property owner has still not paid but i am 5 months into it, what happens now in colorado

You either decide to file a foreclosure on the lien in district court shortly or your right to foreclose will expire. If the amount due is considerable, then a foreclosure suit makes sense and you will need an attorney for this as this is complicated. If the amount is not considerable, it may make more sense to file a lawsuit and try to win and then collect. If this is under $7500, consider small claims. If under $25,000, county court. Anything above that is district court which is the same process that would need to be followed (minus a few specific things that must be done related to a foreclosure suit) for a foreclosure suit.
