I recieved Notice of non-payment and I no longer own property

The first thing I would suggest is to contact the person that sent the notice to inform them you no longer own the property.
Secondly, I would check with the county appraisal website to see who they have listed as the owner. Sometimes they are behind updating the records. Once you check, you can provide the proof to the person that sent the notice.
