I presume the purpose of the notice was to let us know others are not being paid but how can we identify them?
Liens can be located within the real property records pertaining to the project site. Often all you will need is the address of the site for the respective county's real property recrods office to pull up the lien for you. Depending on the county, this information may be available online or through a phone call to that same office.
