I'm a general contractor, And I was hired by a house flipper who specifically knew that I'm a one guy operated business, and he still decided to hire me, so when I 1st gave him the quote for the big exterior job the price was for $17,000 which labor and materials where included for the set price of $17,000 so long story short is he wanted me to do some interior work also so I gave him a extra bid for $7,000 for interior work. So I give him all my business information and same with my father in law because he said he needed to purchase permits for the windows, siding, and interior work that I did. So I made two different contracts which he never signed , but agreed inperson. I had the msgs but than my phone broke and I lost them. But anyways I bought the materials for the exterior siding install , housewrap, window flashing, metal drip edge , brand new trim , paint , caulking , coil nails and the list going on... so I finished more than 85% of the job and he started to complain that I was taking to longer /if u could please give me a call at 2532080929 please id appreciate it
