I have paid the lien in full, which was filed without a claimant's signature, and they are not releasing it.

Have they told you why they are not releasing it?
Once the obligation secured by the lien is satisfied, the lien must be released within 20 days. If the lien is not released in 20 days, the lien is invalid. You will want to make a written demand (letter) for the release of the lien. Then wait 20 days. If the lien is not released within 20 days, you can file suit to claim statutory penalties of $5,000 or $6,000 (depending on the facts).
