I have done every thing from intent to filing the lien with the clerk recorders I thought they where going to pay me the title company called and said that they need to verify my signature I said that would be fine she told me she would get at me to tell me they are have the property sold on sept 30th 2021 she sent me a email on sept 22,2021 the property is going through probate and the lawyer that is handling the case told the title company don’t worrie about that lien it is no good and to go a head with the sale so she is what do I do
