I heFiling a lien is always good leverage, but never a gurantee sadly. I collect money though for contractors from companies that aren't paying. If you need help let me know and 'd be happy to do so.

There are several steps and deadlines that must be adhered
to in order to file a mechanics lien, and these differ slightly depending on
whether you are the general contractor or a subcontractor.

Levelset has resources on the website to assist you in filing
the lien yourself, or we at Murphy Legal can file your lien for you. If you'd
like, you can give us a call at (979) 690-0800. We can file liens anywhere in
the state of Texas.
