im a small contractor who worked on a large project and didn't get paid my portion of the contracted price. I literally took time that can't be undone and it's hurting my company big time! I think i didn't the mechanical too late unfortunately. The contractor literally said he wasnt paying me today. I paid for all materials on my Accounts and hired all labor. I think there is a possibility through filing through the contractor because of no limitations on how far back in Fl i believe?
