I’m a GC and was emailed a termination of contract notice. I filed a rush delivery to time stamp the claim against a homeowner. I received an email today dated past the 60 day window on my Statement of Claim form. I want to make sure my claim is protected and filed in good standing with the clerk of court office and no issues are to arise given the sensitivity of the deadline to file.
