No contract. All pricing by phone. Floor job was so bad. They left me hanging for 4 weeks. Argued the problems I asked to get fixed. I thought I owed them 500. Then they finally came did some terrible work and wanted an additional 300. I was now quite upset and told them to leave. They were bullying me from the beginning. My job is undone. I’m at 5700 and he said he is coming after me For the 800. Any advice to protect myself. I’m afraid of losing my home now. Thank you
