As a general contractor, we have a subcontract with Why Hospitality. It has just come to our attention that Why Hospitality is suing the owner of the property. At this time, we have retention due to us. Our last known time on the property was October 2018. What are our next steps to obtain retention on this property? Do we have any recourse to pursue it? Please advise.
