Good morning, if I paid a contractor$10,000.00 to do four different jobs but they all weren't completed. All the materials weren't bought so there's about $2500 worth out of that 10000 that's not accounted for but 3/4 of the work was completed in Simpsonville South Carolina. What can I do about it and would it just be civil or anything criminal? Thanks
