I have a bill with intent to lien that is inaccurate

California

ServePro completed water remediation per StateFarm guidelines. They took out way too much under the assuption statefarm was paying for the water remediation. Once there was question on converage they pulled their equiptment and left all the demo stuff and tarps and tape and everything and left us with the sewer upcapped. I hadn't heard anything from them however i called and asked what my bill was since state farm isnt paying. they have fees on there that were not completed that i will not pay for. They told me they were working on it and would get back to me. Then they sent through level set a bill to pay in 10 days or i would get a tiny lien placed on my house. Can i put a lien against them for what they are falsely charging me?
