I paid 8-9k to have an hvac installed that I was never able to use. Either way, the hvac company refuse to give me the itemized parts invoice. He bought that with my money and in the middle said he need an extra $1000. So I took care of it and it was paid off in June 2022 in full. Now the company refuses to give me a receipts, invoices, etc. so I am just checking if I have any legal standing. I e asked multiple times and I get a no or no answer. Which leads me to believe they added money bc they really don’t want me to see it. Thank you so much.
