I gave the 20 day notice and the 20 days are up whats next?

The owner owes us 200k + dollars they refuse to pay and say we owe for delays They sent us a bill saying that we owe them for delays and there inability to rent of 300k

It's not very clear what is going on in your situation. But, if you have just now filed your prelien for the work--it only covers the 20 days before. So, the time line needs to be clear. When did you start work, when did you file a prelim lien, when was the job done (or is it still going), and have you recorded a lien. 

Liens aside, you might have breach of contract rights. But, you'll want to have a lawyer read your contract and get the story so you know exactly what those rights are. 

A good construction lawyer can help you with these things, but it seems that your situation is complicated enough where you'll need to walk them through it on the phone.
