I worked for a homeowner for years and they have avoided paying me. I filed a mechanics lien with Levelset in June 2021 and owners house is pending foreclosure. I just want the title company to honor my lien.

After 90 days the Mechanics Lien is no longer valid, and you have release the lien if you have not filed an action to foreclose the lien. There is no extension unless the homeowner agrees to an extension in writing.
