I filed a mechanic's lien in Florida. The company I worked for has offered me a settlement. Their terms is for us to get the lien released and then come to their office and they will pay us. Should we release the lien first?

Their condition for this settlement, is that they want us to go to the county and release the lien first and then bring them that document and they will pay us.
