We filed a mechanical lean and a couple of days later we received a call from a contractor that was taking over the project saying that they will sue JAG construction and getting a check for the electrician, plumbers, etc that JAG didn’t pay. And they will take care of our payment. But we have not heard from them nether received a check. What can we do now?
