I filed a lien on the incorrect address, then amended the lien at the proper address. How do I show the property owner of the incorrect address that the lien is not on their property?

It sounds like you recorded two liens - the first one listing the incorrect address and the second one listing the correct address. If that is true, you can record a release of lien for the lien recorded listing the wrong address and send the owner of that property a copy of the release of lien. That should not affect the enforceability of the len recorded for the correct address.
