In the event of Owner's insolvency or willful refusal to pay TWG, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Owner Agreement, it is an express condition of this Subcontract Agreement that TWG's obligation to pay Subcontractor is contingent upon receipt of payment from Owner for Subcontractor's Work.
