I didn’t file a preliminary lien notice when I started working for Linda Beverly, at the time she and I had been seeing each other for a short time , we discussed my job and agreed I would get paid after the sale of the house , after all the heavy and hardest work was done she tells me one day not to show up at work we needed to talk and later that morning told me to not contact her again and that she wasn’t paying me anything, I have 5 witnesses that will testify what to what I did for her working and what she said to them about my position.
