I was a sub contractor and my General Contractor has not paid me $35,000.The owner and the General are suing each other and are in Abbritation .The owner only wants to pay me only $15,000.00.What are my options if any.

The answer to your question depends on the terms of your subcontract and the current status of your work. If you've provided $35K of value to the project, and if that's consistent with the SOV on your job, you have several options. Give me a call if you'd like to discuss.
