I recently files a mechanics lien against a person who refuses to pay me for labor,materials and services , I worked on this project for 29 weeks averaging 27 hours per week, using my truck for deliveries and hauling construction debris to a dump, I contacted and assisted contractors for jobs on this project, performed demo work, landscaping , masonary, ( brick and rock ) carpentry and cleanup along with paying contractors out of pocket when the owner was out of town,
