Im a licensed contractor working on fixing up a home for market sale while it is in preforeclosure. If house goes into foreclosure Im afraid I wont be paid at all.
You cannot repair the house in the event Pokemon Showdown that the house is in foreclosure, the money you spent on repairs will not be returned.
