I gave 14.000.00 with the promissary note of 50.000.00 in return by Oct 1st .which was to buy and flip a house that already was his come to find out.can I put lien on this house for not paying the promissary note? He lied and hasn't paid a dime used my money to pay his back taxes.he was also my supervisor and they have fired him for doing this during work hours and lieing
