I am a subcontractor who worked for 8 months on several properties for an owner/realtor. There was never a contract. I sent in invoices for each property and he showed up once a week and had me sign a partial check and handed me cash. I did sign a W9 Tax form in the beginning. My Invoices equal $29,000 and he only paid me $16,000 total. Now he has let me go without paying the remaining of the invoices. How can I go about this getting paid.
