MassachusettsPrompt Payment

I have stipulated shipping cost be paid ahead of time and Net 30 terms for product payment. If the owner were to become delinquent on payment, how would I recoup my loss? Can I file a lien? What is the Massachusetts law on prompt payment of a product B2B?

There's no lien for the sale of a product like liquor that I know of. Get payment in advance or a credit card? How much security do you need? You could get some sort of collateral.
