I am a licensed painting contractor in Ca. I did a interior painting job in Los Angeles county I complete the job 6/14/22 6/1/22 she (owner of property) and I (painting contractor) signed the contract paper.in the contract paper she signed there is clause written "notice to owner" for mechanics lien after completion of the job on 6/14/22 she paid final payment of $2,000 I deposited the check It bounced Non sufficient fund I called her she said she is going to pay but next day she came up with unreasonable reasons and refuse to pay me after that I redeposit the check this time she put the stop payment on that check Am I qualified for filing mechanics lien now
