Generally, in order for mechanics lien rights to arise, there must be some permanent improvement to the project property. So, while permanent installations will give rise to mechanics lien rights, supplying movable property like furniture likely will not. In the event that the furniture will be permanently installed or attached to the property, though, lien rights may well be available.
