Hello, We are attempting to recoup payment for work completed on a project here in San Francisco. We filed a notice of intent to lien and have made several unsuccessful attempts to collect payment. I have two questions: First, has our lien been filed with the county if the intent to lien has been filed or is the lien filed when we enforce the lien? Second, would filing the lien cause any issues with arbitration, or is it the enforcement of a lien which would conflict with arbitration? Thank you
