How to take care of a prelien if sub was never on project? Never paid sub. Project has been cancelled.

I have pre-liens from subs and suppliers for a project. This project was changed and canceled before some subs were even on the project; how do I take care of pre-liens for those subs and suppliers?

You are the GC, correct? When you ask how to take care of, do you mean how do you clear a preliminary notice from the property? If so, there is nothing to take care of as a notice is not a lien.
A preliminary notice is just that. It is notice. It is not a lien filing. If all you were served were preliminary notices there is nothing to take care related to the property.
If there is something else that you mean as to taking care of this, please explain.
