How to stop a mechanic's lien.

FloridaMechanics Lien

I am in the middle of a divorce in Duval County, FL. My soon to be ex took our boat to a shop for an estimate for repairs. The owner made an agreement with my (ex) to sell the boat and he would get a "finder's fee" of $1,000.00. Repairs were not done. The boat repair shop owner sold the boat for $10,000.00 knowing the boat was part of litigation in the pending divorce. The new owner contacted me b/c I have the title and bill of sale. No one's name is on the title as I have not filed for a new title. Since I would not release the title until the divorce is settled, the "new" owner took the boat back to the shop and got his money. NOW, the shop owner is saying he filed a "mechanic's lien" for $1,790.00, ($20 per day storage) and my "ex" refused service of the notice of the lien, (he does not live at my address). The boat shop owner claims my boat will be SOLD on 10-06-20 (which I feel he and my ex have made a deal that the shop owner will get it for $1,790.00, then sell it again for $10,000.00 and split the money). I can not find a recorded lien. Please advise!
