Received 20 day notice ARS 33-992.01. The work has not been completed, what do I need to do to respond to this notice. Thank you Craig Furgison

Review the notice for accuracy as to ownership, property address, contractor and lender (if applicable). If any of the information is incorrect, send a letter to the party serving the 20-day notice and inform them of the inaccuracies. If it is correct, you don't need to do anything. The 20-day notice does not create a lien, but does preserve rights in the event that the contractor is not paid for the job. Just make sure you pay for the work and materials that the contractor provides.
