Releasing a Notice of Contract is done much in the same way the original document it's filed. Essentially, it's just a form that's filled out and filed with the county recorder's office - much like the Notice of Contract was.
If you filed the Notice of Contract with the help of the Levelset system, ordering a release should be pretty simple right in your account. Even if you filed the Notice of Contract outside of the Levelset platform, you can get the ball rolling on a release here. If you'd like help with either - feel free to contact the Levelset Support team during business hours.
Finally, keep in mind that releasing a Notice of Contract is pretty simple and you certainly don't have to use an online platform to do so. Normally, I'd link to a free, downloadable template that a release could be based off of - but Levelset doesn't seem to have a free, downloadable release form available for Massachusetts Notices of Contract. But, the county may have free forms available, or there may be free forms available online as well. Plus, a Massachusetts construction attorney can help with that process as well.
