How to remove a mechanic's lien.
IdahoA lien was filed on my property in Idaho. It is an invalid lien (no notice given, months after the 90 day filing deadline), but the company that filed the lien is not responding to communication efforts. How do I get it removed?

The best way to have the lien removed is with an action to quiet title.
