Hello. We had work done on our backyard where the contractor poorly installed our artificial grass. After confronting him about it he came back with some union workers and mad the matter worst. He was paid in full for what was agreed to. Now he have put a mechanic lien on our property for the work he came back to try and fix his mistake. The price he’s asking for is $3,000. He never gave us a new contract for him repairing what he messed up neith did we agree to anything. Do we have a case to fight this? We believe he owe us for the poor job he did. Thanks
