The company I enforced a lien has now paid my company in full. I need to release the lien.

That's great news that you have been paid. Releasing a lien can be done by a recording, similar to the filing of the lien initially.
A "Release/Cancellation of Lien" may be filed in the recording office in which the lien as originally recorded. Generally, the recording instrument number of the original lien (or the book and page on which the lien was recorded), as well as the description of the property on which the lien was claimed, should be included on the lien release/cancellation document.
