how to place a mechanics lien on a property in Maryland

Maryland

Hi I'm a sub-contractor for a company out of state that manages foreclosed properties. the company back charged me money for not supplying a bid for damages that were not there( there was supposedly a roof leak reported , but when i got there ,there was no leaks present or damage from a roof leak, so I didn't bid on the work they said needed, but they took money from my check on a back charge anyway which now affects other property that I won't get paid on because of the money they took. i want to place liens on the properties that I did work and will not see the money

You are only entitled to sue to establish and enforce a ML on property directly benefitted by your work and materials, in addition to other requisites. Your question suggests a broader breach of contract claim, not a lien issue.
