GM, I have been asked to provide quote to construct a worship assembly of 14,500 square feet on approximately 5 acres. The client has purchased concept plan but the plans are not detailed it is a shell assembly purchased from an company. detailed plans will still be required. I will need to joint venture with two development service firms: a) architect for the site plan and construction drawings to include plumbing mechanical and electrical detail drawings; and b) the construction company that will actually build the facility. My role is project manager coordinator. I will be responsible for the planning research, project management and coordination with the city review officials. My costs are already identified. I will coordinate with the both the development team and city officials to submit and review the plan for the proper permits. I will submit plans application to the City officials and start the coordination process. I have the project management background for my role, however that is where it stops. I am seeking a little guidance if possible. I am a retired City Planning Director with my own firm but my credentials are urban planning, environment planning, and economic development. My development service team will have to submit their companies individual quotes. We will have to combine those cost into one quote. With that said is it possible for any expert to provide or direct me to a contemporary template and check list that I can use to make sure that our quotes are comprehensive, within reason and consistent with industry norms and standards? If there is a charge, how much for this general check list and template?
