how to fill out form correctly - name of claimant

OklahomaLien Waivers

We are a supplier only - product sold direct to subcontractor. There has now been a disagreement between the sub and general contractor -we want to get paid directly - when filling out a Conditional Lien Waiver form - would we be the "Claimant"

Generally, on lien waivers, the "claimant" will be the party who is submitting the lien waiver, thus waiving their right to make a claim. However, I'm not able to provide legal advice or to instruct you how to fill out any particular form. Note, though, that Levelset does provide free, downloadable lien waiver forms which include helpful information regarding what certain portions of the form mean or may indicate. You can find Levelset's Oklahoma mechanics lien waiver forms here: - Oklahoma Partial Conditional Lien Waiver Form - Oklahoma Final Conditional Lien Waiver Form For further discussion on Oklahoma lien waivers, here's another great resource: Oklahoma Lien Waivers Guide and FAQs.
