How to file suit to enforce lien contested by customer?

We have a Claim of Lien filed thru LEVELSET (REFERENCE ID: 7933690). And the customer has filed a Notice of Contest of Lien. We may need legal advice or legal services to file a suit to enforce our lien against this customer. Please advise. Thank you!

I suggest that you contact a lawyer where the property is located for assistance. Levelset has referral lawyers listed by city or areas in Florida. Don't let the 60 day time limit expire. It cannot be extended.

You MUST file a lawsuit within 60 days of the date the Notice of Contest was recorded or you lose your lien
