I let a guy stay at my house for no rent and he is doing work on it. Not paying him, no contract, no limit on the upper end of how much work he can do. I supply majority of parts/supplies. He never sent me the intent 5o lein paperwork. He just filed a mechanics lein 3 days before I signed a contract to sell the house so title search kicked up the lein and I can't sell now. What should I do...the mechanics lein is bogus and he is fraudulently filing the lein
