we are new to levelset and did NOT sent this customer an NTO. When we sent the balance due invoice they came back and said they need a release before they final pay. I was going to tell them the only thing we can send them was a paid in full invoice but I thought I would get your guidance first. is there a 'release' or something to send them? thank you for your response.
