Hi. We are a Levelset customer. I'm wondering how many states, other than California, require a pre-lien notice also be sent to the lender.

There aren't too many states that require the lender to receive a preliminary notice to secure mechanics lien rights. Although I can't provide a full list of states, there are two that specifically stick out:
