I have done alot of remodeling work for these ppl and have not received anything but the 4000 deposit. I am 18k into job and now I'm being blown off and avoided instead of paying
If your contract is in writing and signed by H & W, file it in the deed records.
THEN, send notices as an Original contractor for a statutory and a constitutional lien.
Be sure you stated you are stopping work for non payment in the notices
THEN file your lien
THEN file suit to foreclose your lien
