How long do i wait on an Intent to Lien before i should take action?

i am filing a second intent to lien in Texas, and was curious how long i should wait, and what the next step is if i am not getting any response.

You should retain a construction attorney to evaluate your legal situation and to provide advice.

The first consideration is whether or not your notices are proper, and whether you have the right to file a mechanic's lien. Filing an improper lien could violate the Texas Fraudulent Lien Act, which can impose $10,000 in statutory damages, or actual damages, whichever is greater, plus attorney's fees.
