We performed mitigation services after Hurricane Laura in August. We received confirmation from the insurance that the customer had been paid. We've tried contacting them for the last week since we've found out about payment. We have not gotten any response at all. Can we still file a lien in Louisiana? Or is it too late? In Alabama we only have within 30-60 days. Thanks!
