I hired 2 bothers to do do work on my house. Last time i heard from them was September 11 when they promised to come on Friday. NO call no show. Not the first time. I fired them of September 20 and told them to let me know when they wanted ti pick up their stuff. I have heard NOTHING from them. When can I get rid of their compressor, table saw, tile cutter, some other cutter thing and lots of little stuff. I don't have room for them as I am trying to get past the mess they.left me in.
A "reasonable amount of time," unless your contract says otherwise. I would sent a notice and then give an additinoal 30 days until you dispose of the property.
