how i do a NOC after job is done and aproved? (in case is needed)

if i pulled a permit and is already aproved, and i didnt know about the notice of comencment... should i still need to do something? if so, how should i proceed? the job is done, and paid. it was a fence with miami dade county permit issued and already passed inspection and was aproved
