How does a subcontractor release a mechanics lien in Oreagon after the debt has been paid?

I'm a property owner that had several subs not get paid by our contractor and filed liens. Liens are all paid now and I have 1 sub that does not know how to remove the lien and asked if I could provide him the paperwork so we could turn it in to remove the lien. Do you have full sanctification of mechanics lien I could access? Thanks

Yes, we do. An Oregon Satisfaction of Mechanics Lien needs to be filled out referencing the lien filing information in as much detail as possible. Once filled out, it should be submitted to the same county recorder's office where the original lien was filed.
